About
At RBR, our passion is running a small, first-class, one-of-a-kind equine training, breeding, rehabilitation, and conditioning facility. We believe exceptional horse care comes from quality, not quantity — which is why we intentionally stay boutique. This allows us to focus on each horse individually, tailoring every aspect of their program from the inside out.
Our team’s combined strengths, talents, and experience create a seamless partnership. Together, we’re able to evaluate and support every facet of a horse’s health, performance, and wellbeing. That dedication has led us to collaborate with several trusted industry partners who share our standard for excellence.
We take pride in the RBR training and rehabilitation facilities. Every detail is designed to provide a safe, clean, low-stress environment that benefits our horses, clients, and staff — mentally and physically. We are committed to continued education, evolving technologies, and staying on the cutting edge of an ever-changing industry.
Being average isn’t an option here. Our communication, our services, and the way we conduct business are held to a higher standard to ensure long-term success for both horse and rider. We constantly refine our craft, invest in new knowledge, and work daily to be the very best facility we can be.
Simply put, our goal is to deliver exceptional care — day in and day out — so every horse entrusted to us has the greatest chance for success, whether at home or in the show pen.

Faith grew up riding, rodeoing & doing the things young cowgirls dream about. She excelled at roping as well as running barrels. She has always had a deep love for horses and the western lifestyle. She was blessed to work for several years as an assistant, at a prominent barrel training program. Rodeo and horses have been a big part of her life, and has helped her learn dedication, resilience, as well as strong work ethic.
Her passion lies in helping horses to feel, look and perform their very best. For her it is a labor of love; she can’t get enough of them. Outside of horses, she primarily worked as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong attention to detail and the ability to care and listen to others needs and concerns.
Now she has achieved multiple rehabilitation certifications and will most often be found loping and preparing horses or at the rehabilitation barn, constantly working on something.

With a lifelong passion for horses and performance, I was honored in 2024 to haul for the World in the $50,000 Amateur class with Mike Wood Performance Horses, earning Reserve World Champion and Show Champion honors. My competitive experience has deepened my respect for the physical and mental demands placed on equine athletes.
Having firsthand experience with equine injuries and the importance of the balanced, thoughtful rehabilitation program, I understand how critical proper care is to long-term soundness and performance. Throughout the 2024 hauling year, I was fortunate to be part of this exceptional program that emphasized overall equine wellness, with invaluable support from professionals such as Jess Lewis of Hoofbeats and Jeff Sorenson. This comprehensive approach allowed me to successfully compete on one horse at an elite level throughout the year.
This experience has fueled my passion for equine rehabilitation and my commitment to helping horses recover, perform and thrive.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, I’ve been riding horses my entire life and began my cutting career five years ago. In 2024, I had the honor of showing This Isa Third, earning 1st Overall in the $2,000 Limit Rider class and winning the World Show in Fort Worth. Every setback, success, and lesson along the way has shaped not only my horsemanship, but the person I’m becoming. I’m committed to continuing to grow in this sport and excited for what’s ahead.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, I’ve been riding horses for as long as I can remember and entered the cutting industry three years ago. My experience includes showing and starting two-year-olds on the track as they develop into professional cutters. In 2024, I earned my first buckle by winning the Never Won a Buckle class in Oregon. I’m committed to continuing to work hard, refine my skills, and see where this journey in the cutting horse industry takes me.
